How We Print Our Tees ๐ค
Your tee is printed using Direct-to-Film (DTF) โ a modern digital process that lets us bring you super-detailed, vibrant designs in small batches (so we can offer more unique prints without the big bulk runs).
DTF prints are soft, flexible, and built to last through many washes โ just follow the care instructions to keep your shirt looking fresh.
Itโs not old-school screen printing, but itโs the best way for us to give you cute designs without the long waits or high costs of traditional methods.

Q. Do you have a shop that I can visit?
A. We have had several shops over the last few years, however we closed our last store at Orion Springfield in March 2020. Read our BLOG POST to see what led us to this decision.
Q. Can I pay for my order over the phone?
A. Yes, we can process your order over the phone if you are paying with a credit or debit card. Please SMS us onย 0416 155 909 and we will call you to place your order.
Q. Can I pickup my order in person?
A. As we no longer have a storefront, our stock in now warehoused and we do not have pickup facilities available.ย
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. In Stock Items are postedย from the Gold Coast, Qld within 2 business days (usually same day) of receipt of payment for items .
If an item is not in stock at our Gold Coast warehouse, an estimated delivery timeframe will appear below the "Add to Cart" button. Some itemsโsuch as footwear, selected clothing, and bagsโare shipped directly from our suppliers and may take approximately 30 days for delivery due to international shipping and customs.
Q. How can I tell which products you have In Stock?
A. We have a warehouse on the Gold Coast, QLD, with a wide range of stocked items ready to ship. To offer a greater selection, we also list items that are ordered in from our partner suppliers.
For items not warehoused locally, an estimated delivery time frame is displayed below the "Add to Cart" button. These may be shipped directly from our supplier or arrive at our warehouse first before being sent to you.
Q. Where are your size charts and measurements?
A. We stock clothing from a mix of Australian, UK and US brands, so sizing can vary between labels and styles. To help you choose the best fit, we include size charts, garment measurements or fit notes on individual product pages wherever possible.
Please check the size guide on the item youโre buying before ordering, especially for retro dresses, rockabilly shirts, western shirts, jeans, cardigans and fitted styles. If a product does not show a size chart or youโre unsure which size to choose, contact us and weโll be happy to help with sizing advice.

A. Poison Arrow Retro stocks a carefully selected range of retro clothing, rockabilly fashion, vintage-inspired dresses, western shirts, cardigans, jeans, shoes and accessories from Australian, UK and US brands, along with selected custom and made-to-order pieces.
Quality can vary slightly between brands, fabrics and garment types, so we include product details, fabric information, fit notes and care instructions on individual product pages wherever possible. We choose our range for style, wearability, value and attitude, from everyday retro outfits to statement rockabilly clothing and limited-edition designs.
