To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. Once an order is placed, the item will ship once POISON ARROW RETRO receives the shipment from our supplier. When the item is delivered to POISON ARROW RETRO, we will ship your order within two business days. The exact delivery date on Special Order items isn't guaranteed, however an ETA is listed on each Special Order item, we usually ship your order before this date, however there may be slight delays due to COVID-19. On the rare occasion that our supplier no longer has your item, we will refund your purchase in full.

Q. Do you have a shop that I can visit? A. We have had several shops over the last few years, however we closed our last store at Orion Springfield in March 2020. Read our BLOG POST to see what led us to this decision.
Q. Can I pay for my order over the phone? A. Yes, we can process your order over the phone if you are paying with a credit or debit card. Please call us on 0416 155 909 to order (or SMS if you would like us to call you)
Q. Can I pickup my order in person? A. As we no longer have a storefront, our stock in now warehoused and we do not have pickup facilities available. If you need your order urgently, we do have Express Post available via Australia Post.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive? A. Check out our Shipping Policy for details
Q. How can I tell which products you have In Stock? A. We have a warehouse full of stock items ready to ship, but to be able to offer even more choice to you, we have a range of items that we can order in as requested. If the button on the listing says "Add to Cart" it is in stock, if the button says "Pre-Order" we need to order it in for you. Some pre-order items will be shipped to you direct from our supplier, while others will come to us first and we will forward on to you. Please allow up to 30 days delivery for orders with pre-order items.
Q. I can't login to my Rewards Account. Help! A. We get this one alot, and it's usually an easy solution. When most people join our newsletter, they don't actually register an account, just enter their email for a discount code. Simple answer is, instead of the "Login" button, tap the "Create Account' button and enter your details. Voila! Should work now
Q. Where are your size charts and measurements? A. We do our best to include size guides, charts and measurements on each item, but occasionally we will miss one. Please ask us and we will provide.
